Retained by Fulbright counsel for the defendant MM Dillon represented Duke Energy Corporation as an expert witness in the areas of investment banking, capital markets and private equity related to the spin off transaction of Crescent Resources involving the Litigation Trust as the Plaintiff. The transaction in question had aggregate value of over $4 billion with damage claims in excess of that number. The spin off was eventually settled with NO damages to Duke.:
