Retained by Jones Day for the Plaintiff Burrup Holdings (Oswals) MM Dillon acted as an expert witness in the areas of investment banking, capital markets and private equity and valuations in connection with the receivership and subsequent sale of 65% of Burrup Holdings by the ANZ Bank as holders of Senior Secured Notes as part of recovery of $900 million of borrowings by Oswal and his affiliates as part of a development of a world class ammonia facility located in Australia. Oswals eventually settled for a multi-hundred million dollar payment from ANZ and others.
